Daniel Gibson (b. 1977, Yuma, AZ, USA) is a largely self-taught painter who studied at Pasadena’s ArtCenter College of Design (2004 - 2005). Gibson has exhibition his work at Almine Rech, New York (2021); Ochi Projects, Los Angeles (2019); New Release, New York (2017); O.N.O., Los Angeles (2015, 2016); LAXart, Los Angeles (2015), amongst others. He has also participated in two-person exhibitions at New Image Art, Los Angeles (2019) and Antonio Columbo Gallery, Milan (2017). Gibson has had numerous group exhibitions, most notably at Shulamit Nazarian, Los Angeles (2020); Gamma Galeria, Guadalajara (2019); The Pit, Los Angeles (2019); Garash Galeria, Mexico City (2019); Last Projects, Los Angeles (2019); Institute of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles (2018), to name a few. His work has been featured in WideWalls, Juxtapoz, and The Brooklyn Rail.
